Been busy for the past few weeks that I didn't have the time to update this blog. But anyways, I have my free time, like, right now so I grabbed the opportunity to post. :)
I finally have myself enrolled in my university of choice, with my chosen course. I returned to the campus for about three times already, just to complete the requirements, the medical examinations, and other stuff. And of course, been in my building, Science and Mathematics Education Institute. Oh yeah, baby. So love my department. And met one of the faculty members, the one who gave my schedule.
Speaking of faculty, I already knew, even before I enrolled for college and graduated high school, that one of my will-be professors is a batchmate of some of my high school teachers. Awesome, right? Well, I don't know what to say. Probably I am pretty excited for college.
And what was somehow funny was that when I had myself enrolled, I peeked on the list of enrolled students for my department. And heck, I'm on number seven. And looking at the majors of these students, there were only the two of us who take Physics-Math as a major. Three of which was Math, and two Physics-Chemistry. And when I returned to the university for some payments and all stuff, I returned to my department, and we were now eight. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to read the major that student will be taking.
I hope the number will increase. Like a total of 20 or 25 is enough. I know we're few but that's really a fact. There are only few people who'll take a Science/Math/Science-Math major for a Secondary Education course. Back then, my former Chemistry teacher shared to me, they were only 12 who took Physics-Math in their batch. TWELVE. And another Chemistry teacher (who was his co-Chem teacher when I was in third year, and not to mention his college batchmate) who I am friends with shared that they were only six who took Physics-Chem. SIX.
Maaaaaaan, I can already imagine how few we'll be. But it's alright. I know I'm going to learn a lot and I know I'm going to have fun in college. :)
Already have my schedule, my PE & NSTP uniforms, my assessment form (gosh, and I even thought my tuition fee is P28K. I was sooooo wrong), my Psychology and REED books, and a Chemistry book from my former Chemistry teacher, which will be my reference for my Chemistry classes.
All I lack is my school uniform (which will be received sometime in July), my ID (until now, I still haven't have myself photo-captured for my ID xD Lazy me), and my former Physics teacher's books (for my reference). Wheeeeeeeeew, hope I can have these by the end of summer (except for the school uniform).
Anyway, that's all for now. Have a fun summer, folks! Ü
